A true doll’s house tucked away in a lane in the 17th arrondissement, this 150 m² house, made up of five small 30 m² floors, was restored with great care to give it back all its character and leave its former life as offices behind.
A contemporary island kitchen beneath a glass roof, a bespoke dressing room, a micro cocktail station, storage furniture, a new opening between floors, parquet flooring, decoration… DODA.A designed the entire interior so that this late 19th-century house could once again welcome a family of four.
Created in collaboration with a landscape architect, the small courtyard has also been reworked into a genuine little city garden.
