Designed from the dimensions of a velodrome oriented along the N–S axis of the site, at an
altitude of 250m, this ovoid structure brings a new face to Toronto’s skyline. In contrast with the parallelepiped and angular forms of nearby high-rises, its silhouette instead recalls the curves of the CN Tower—an XXL version—and becomes a new landmark in the city.

The tower is composed of a retail base rising 50 meters, followed by a twin-tower structure of about 200 meters. The South Tower houses an hotel, restaurants, and sports and leisure facilities.

A true promontory, this multifunctional object provides remarkable and unprecedented views for a velodrome, hotel, offices, or retail spaces in Toronto. The cycling track becomes a unique venue where performance and panorama merge beneath the glass dome rising to 300m.

More than just a skyscraper, this is a hybrid object—part stadium, part office building, part amusement park, and part observation deck. Its ambition is to create a new kind of public space in Toronto while offering cyclists truly unique sensations.
