Tripletta and DODA.A share a long-standing collaboration. Their journey began in 2015 with Les Triplettes de Belleville, DODA.A’s first restaurant project. Following the success of the Triplette brasserie, the group officially launched and turned to DODA.A once again to bring their new Neapolitan pizzeria concept to life.
Now a national reference in casual Italian dining, Tripletta has opened restaurants in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Rennes, Lille, and beyond—continuing to grow with authenticity, accessibility, and delicious simplicity at its core. The interiors had to reflect this spirit: warm, familial, festive—spaces made for gathering.
Each Tripletta location is unique—shaped by the architecture and character of the city and the neighborhood. In Versailles, the restaurant occupies a stone and brick building, with a refined palette, natural materials, and mirrored wall panels to enhance light. In Montrouge, south of Paris, Tripletta embraces a playful vibe: a bold blue frames the large glass roof, pink chairs pop, and a yellow mesh screen separates the bar from the entrance.In Marseille, a Mediterranean courtyard is created, featuring whitewashed walls and straw-fiber parasols.
Though diverse in expression, all Tripletta locations share a unified, joyful spirit rooted in design, community, and the love of good pizza.
